Sheryl Crow stepped out on Wednesday night with her new boyfriend, musician Doyle Bramhall, in New York City. Crow and the guitarist (who also produced Crow's last album 100 Miles from Memphis) performed at the Society of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center's spring ball at the Pierre Hotel, where the singer was "cozy and flirty with Bramhall throughout" the evening, the New York Post reports.
Crow, who'll be heading on tour with Kid Rock this summer, recently opened up about her new love. "Luckily we have a great foundation, having known each other for fifteen years," she said in last month's Prevention magazine cover story.
A breast-cancer survivor herself, Crow has been a tireless activist for the cause, even opening up a state-of-the-art breast cancer center.
The mom to adopted two sons, Wyatt, 3, and Levi James, 1, has said that she's careful when bringing Bramhall around her children. "I’ve been in the situation where I’ve been involved with people and their kids, and if the relationship doesn’t work out, it’s heartbreak," Crow told Prevention. "So I’m keeping the relationship friend-based when we’re around the kids."
Even with all of the attendant complications, Crow told Prevention that her new relationship is "really good", but she does admit to being "pretty set in my ways." "So I’m not looking at having a fifty-five-year relationship," she joked. "I’ll be happy if I have a ten-year relationship.”
