?Transformers: Dark of the Moon? Premieres in NYC
Adding to the already massive amount of hype, ?Transformers: Dark of the Moon? held its New York City premiere tonight (June 28).
The action-packed third installment of the uber-popular series drew quite a crowd in Times Square, as stars like Shia LaBeouf, Rosie Huntington Whiteley, Tyrese Gibson, Patrick Dempsey and Josh Duhamel all showed up.
Also on-hand for the "Transformers" premiere were famous siblings Willow and Jaden Smith, as well as singing sensation Gabrielle Union.
During a recent interview, LaBeouf chatted about the future of the franchise, and that he?ll be going out with a bang with this movie.
"I just don't think right now there's anywhere to take Sam. If you'd asked me fifteen years ago if I would be here, I would've said, 'No way.' I don't have a grand plan. There's not this grand scheme. I just fall into movies. I'm blessed in that regard. The movies I've been involved in, it's never been plotted and planned and picked.?
?I was seventeen when I met [director] Michael [Bay], and I'm sort of Michael Bay-raised. I've learned a great deal from Michael, as a person, as an actor, as a person on set. And it's not that I don't enjoy working with Michael. I love working with Michael. I would do any movie Michael wants to do. I just don't think there's anywhere to take it with Sam."
Johnny Depp Rocks Out with Alice Cooper: Video
Johnny Depp may be one of the most beloved movie stars of our day, but he hasn't forgotten his childhood dreams of rock 'n' roll stardom (he even started his record label last year). Depp joined hard-rocking music legend Alice Cooper, on stage during a small show at London's intimate 100 Club. Watch Depp rock out on the guitar below!
Earlier on Sunday, Cooper had Tweeted that there would be a "Special Guest" at that night's show, which was promoting the release of his new album Welcome 2 My Nightmare. The 63-year-old musician teased his followers: "You'll never guess don't even bother..."
Fans came with cellphone cameras at the ready. And when Depp, 48, took the stage after being introduced by Cooper as "the blues master, Mr Johnny D. from Kentucky," it appeared that every single person in the audience was filming the moment.
Depp, wearing a cap, sunglasses and a sleeveless vest to display his various tattoos, looked every bit the rock star as he accompanied the wild-haired, mascara-wearing Cooper on such classics as "I'm Eighteen" and "School's Out." And the small audience surely seemed to approve. Former X Factor contestant Katie Waissel was there, tweeting, "Oh my god johnny depp just got on stage with Alice cooper wtf omg I love this right now I'm speechless!!!!!"
Depp, former owner of the famous Los Angeles nightclub the Viper Room, has performed with numerous bands in his day, and Cooper jokingly offered Depp a place in the band after the performance. "I think we could use another guitar player," he said. "If this whole movie thing doesn't work out, call us."
The "movie thing" is going pretty well for Depp, however. His latest film Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides Depp just became one of the top 10 highest grossing films of all time at the international box office (the fourth Depp movie to make that list), and he's currently in London working with frequent collaborator Tim Burton on Dark Shadows -- a film in which Mr. Cooper is rumored to have a cameo.
So it looks like Cooper and Depp's collaboration will continue!

Johnny Knoxville Blogs an Emotional Tribute to Ryan Dunn
Johnny Knoxville continues to mourn the death of his very good friend and Jackass costar Ryan Dunn. After speaking at Dunn's memorial service on Wednesday, Knoxville took to his blog to say "what I wished I could have told everyone then."
Knoxville says that he was too overcome with emotion at the service to be able to really express how he felt. "I walked to the podium and tried to share memories of my dear friend, but the words were just spinning in my head," he wrote. "What came out were the mumblings of a man trying his best not to cry, and I wasn't even successful at that. I didn't break down, because I knew [Dunn's girlfriend] Angie or his family didn't need to see that, but I also didn't get to properly convey what Ryan meant to me. I won't be able to do that here either, but I will try."
"I felt 34-percent funnier when I was with Ryan, but I guess everyone did. He had such a hair trigger laugh reflex," Knoxville said. "He lived his life wanting to laugh and wanting you to laugh with him. He would cackle really f**king loud, too, and it wasn't uncommon that he would fall over from it. Sometimes I would fall with him because his spirit was very contagious."
Calling his pal "loyal" and a "great listener," Knoxville says Dunn had a huge heart to go along with his sense of humor.
"Ryan also had an enormous capacity to love. His friends and family got a lot, but a lion's share of that went to his sweet and beautiful Angie. If he wasn't with her he would be talking about her. More times than not he would smile wide through that filthy ass beard of his and say something along the lines of, 'How did I ever luck up and land her?' Well, it sure wasn't because of the way he smelled that's for sure. (Dunn despised water and rarely bathed.) It was because he had a pure, open heart, and many other qualities of which I am writing about now."
Knoxville recalled having to tell his daughter of Dunn's death,and revealed how sad he was that his son, Rocko, and his baby on the way will never know his friend. "I cry a lot about that," he said.
"You'll have to excuse me," Knoxville wrote in closing. "I'm just very sad because I lost my brother and my world got about 134-percent less funny. I don't know what else to say right now, so I will close with I love you, Ryan. I have a lot of emotions swirling, but I want you to know I love you so very much."
Dunn died at age 34 on June 20, after his Porsche went through a guardrail on Route 322 in West Goshen Township, Pa. Dunn's pal Zachary Hartwell was also killed in the crash. Police later revealed that Dunn's blood-alcohol level was way over the legal limit and that his car had been traveling between 132 and 140 miles per hour at the time of the crash.

Taking care of some Big Apple errands while she debuted her newest accessory, Jennifer Aniston showed off her first-ever tattoo in New York City earlier this week.
The causally-clad "Just Go With It" actress took to the day's duties in a pair of barely-there footwear - giving her fellow New Yorker's a good look at her fresh ink.
While taping an episode of "Inside the Actors Studio" Thursday (June 23), Jennifer revealed that her tat has special meaning - it's a tribute to her Welsh corgi-terrier mix, who died in May at the age of 15.
Aniston may have worked up the courage to get the foot art thanks to her tatted-up beau, Justin Theroux, of whom she just told ET makes her "very happy" and feel "very lucky."

Cory Monteith: "Serious" Drug Problem
At age 29, Cory Monteith is singing and dancing his way through high school on Glee -- but his actual teenage years were far from harmonious. In an interview with Parade, the Canadian actor opens up for the first time about his troubled past, and how acting helped him conquer a drug addiction that could have killed him.
Monteith, better known to fans as McKinley High quarterback Finn Hudson, says he never felt like he belonged as a child. His parents got divorced when he was 7, which started him on a downward spiral that eventually led to substance abuse. By the time he was 13, Monteith says, he was skipping school to drink and smoke pot. By the time he became a drop-out at age 16, he had attended 12 different schools -- and had "a serious problem" with drugs.
"I'm not Finn Hudson. I burned a lot of bridges. I was out of control," Monteith recalls, saying that his drug use included "anything and everything, as much as possible." He frequently stole from the people close to him in order ot fuel his drug habit.
At age 19, after an intervention by his mother and friends, Monteith agreed to go to rehab. After the rehab stint, he went right back to using drugs, until a "crystallizing event" made him realize how far he'd fallen.
"I stole a significant amount of money from a family member," he confesses. "I knew I was going to get caught, but I was so desperate I didn't care. It was a cry for help."
The family member threatened to report Monteith to the police, at which point he decided that he was "done fighting myself." He moved away, got a job as a roofer and quit drugs for good. Then Monteith started working with an acting coach -- and, for the first time, he felt like his hard work had actually led to him being "good at something."
This isn't Monteith's first interview by a long shot, but he's never shared this side of his life before. So why the hesitation? Monteith says he was worried that if he shared his story, kids would "think it's okay to drop out of school and get high, and they'll be famous actors too." But he does hope that his recovery can serve as inspiration for "those people who might give up."
"Get real about what you want and go after it," Monteith advises anyone who's been in his shoes. "If I can, anyone can."
We think it's great that Monteith has decided to come clean (so to speak) about his past drug problem, however shocking the story may be. With so many actors cycling in and out of rehab, it's inspiring to hear from one who worked his way up from rock bottom. For the sake of the world's Lohans and Sheens, we hope that Monteith is right: If he can, anyone can.

Justin Bieber Attacked at Macy's
What kind of monster would attack Justin Bieber? It's like attacking a baby bunny or a cute little kitten! Nonetheless, an unidentified man tackled Bieber today outside the iconic Herald Square Macy's in New York City. ABC News reports that the singer was uninjured but very "shaken up."
Biebs was at Macy's to promote the launch of his new fragrance, Someday. He was outside greeting the crowd of around 100 fans (most of whom hadn't gotten tickets to the in-store event), when a man reportedly jumped a metal barrier and knocked him to the ground. Police and security quickly intervened, and Bieber was escorted inside to meet privately with more fans. (There's some aerial video of the incident here, although it's hard to tell what's going on.)
"I had seen that guy going around but I didn't think anything of it," an eyewitness told ABC News. "And all of a sudden he just jumped and he literally tried to attack (Bieber). Three guys were holding this guy back... He just went crazy."
The news station reports that one young girl was overcome by the chaos and had to be carried away from the scene by the police. As for the attacker, he's reportedly been taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct (and perhaps an order to pick on someone his own size). Bieber himself has yet to comment to the press.

'The Departed' Inspiration Whitey Bulger Captured by FBI
After 16 years on the lam, James "Whitey" Bulger, a fugitive Boston mob boss who inspired Jack Nicholson's character in The Departed, has been captured by the FBI. According to People, the FBI nabbed Bulger -- a staple on the Bureau's Ten Most Wanted list for the better part of the last two decades -- in California on Wednesday.
Bulger, now 81, was wanted for his role in 19 murders in the 1970s and 1980s in connection with his organized crime ring in the Boston, Mass., area. A former FBI informant, Bulger fled from authorities in January 1995, when retired agent John J. Connolly warned him that his indictment was imminent on charges of racketeering. When Bulger's mob associates found out he was an informant, they aided the FBI in unearthing the graves of Bulger's various victims.
The FBI had long supposed that Bulger was hiding out in California, but hadn't been able to pin down his location. They caught a break in the case last week, after airing some new daytime TV spots aimed at female viewers, describing in detail what was known about Bulger's girlfriend, 60-year-old Catherine Greig. Greig, a dental hygienist, is obsessed with her appearance, frequenting plastic surgeons, teeth cleaners, and beauty salons, a very specific profile which the FBI utilized in notifying the public. After the spots ran for a couple of days, the FBI received a tip that a couple matching the description of Bulger and Greig were holed up in an apartment in Santa Monica, Ca. The FBI arrested them there without incident.
The capture of Bulger was a welcome relief to the FBI. As Assistant U.S. Attorney Brian Kelly told reporters this morning, "It's a long time coming, and we're glad he's finally in custody."
Bulger is set to appear in court Thursday, where he will finally face charges of murder, money laundering, extortion and narcotics distribution. Greig will be charged with harboring a fugitive.
