Clint Eastwood's cast for his upcoming biopic, "J. Edgar," just keeps getting hotter and hotter. After the news came out that Charlize Theron actually wasn't involved in the project, Deadline is reporting that Naomi Watts is filling her shoes as J. Edgar Hoover's loyal secretary, Helen Gandy.
