Jesse James' Ex Arrested for Harassing Him
Another week, and another woman in Jesse James' life is making headlines. This time, it's James' second wife, former adult film star Janine Lindemulder, who's causing all the trouble. RadarOnline.com reports that Lindemulder, 41, was arrested outside Austin on Saturday morning on charges of harassing her ex-husband. So is James' other ex, Sandra Bullock, involved? Yep, and we'll get to that.
According to E!, Lindemuler had been leaving "chronic harassing telephone calls" on James' voicemail at all hours -- 300 of them since he moved to Texas six months ago! The famous motorcycle customizer said that the calls were "so harassing, abusive and bad" that he had no choice but to alert the police. The sheriff's department had three warrants out for Lindemulder's arrest when they tracked her down.
Hmm... what could James' ex-wife be so upset about? Since the calls started when he moved to Austin, we're guessing it has everything to do with Lindemulder and James' 7-year-old daughter Sunny. In 2009, when Lindemulder was in jail for tax evasion, James and then-wife Sandra Bullock (told you she was involved!) were awarded full custody of Sunny, with Lindemulder getting only visitation rights.
Sunny's mother has never been happy with this arrangement -- so we can only imagine her reaction when her ex moved from California (where his business, West Coast Choppers, is located) to Texas, taking Sunny with him. To add insult to injury, he moved there so that his daughter could remain close to Bullock -- even though she would be much farther away from her biological mom. Lindemulder has a history of unstable behavior, and we bet this sent her over the edge.
So that's our guess -- though for all we know, Lindemulder was leaving crazy harassing messages about his haircut. What we do know is that poor Sunny is caught in the middle of squabbling adults yet again: In addition to dealing with Bullock and James's divorce, as well as preparing for brand-new stepmother Kat Von D, she now has to deal with her dad having her crazy mom arrested. So far, Bullock has been helping her beloved ex-stepdaughter deal with all the changes -- but even with Sandy's help, this is a whole lot of drama for one little girl to handle.

Anne Hathaway: "Rio" Sneak Beak
Stepping out for her new movie, Anne Hathaway partook in a special "Sneak Beak" screening of "Rio" in Los Angeles on Friday (January 28).
Dressed casually for the affair, the Oscar co-host took to the 20th Century Fox Studio Zanuck Theater locale while joining up with fellow co-stars including Jamie Foxx and George Lopez.
The animated film is set to hit theater on April 15, 2011, with Miss Hathaway portraying the voice of a character named Jewel.
A synopsis of the movie via IMDB tells: "When Blu, a domesticated macaw from small-town Minnesota, meets the fiercely independent Jewel, he takes off on an adventure to Rio de Janeiro with this bird of his dreams."
Aside from "Rio," Anne is also gearing up to take the stage alongside James Franco to co-host the 2011 Academy Awards next month.

Jesse James Goes to Israel Following Nazi Photo Scandal
Just days after new anti-Semitic photos of Jesse James were uncovered, the motorcycle man revealed he will be starring in a new History Channel series where he travels to Israel.
"Coming soon to the History Channel a new TV show where you will able to follow in Israel the world’s greatest motorcycle builder/fabricator Jesse James learning from the world’s greatest blacksmith Uri Hofi," an entry on James' blog read. "Jesse applies his newly learned skills to building the rarest Harley-Davidson of them all, a 1937 water cooled Drake Knucklehead."
It's a bold move for Sandra Bullock's ex, who was photographed in 2004 wearing a German Nazi hat. A recently uncovered photo shows James smiling in a convertible next to a man in a Nazi hat flashing the "Heil Hitler" sign.
James has denied that he is anti-Semitic.

Nicki Minaj Feared Her Dad Would Kill Her Mom
Nicki Minaj may be the reigning queen of hip-hop, but it hasn't been an easy journey for the fashion-forward MC. In a recent interview with U.K. newspaper The Sun, 26-year-old Minaj opened up about her troubled upbringing.
"All of my young and teenage early years we lived in fear that my mother would be killed by my father," she said. "It was ridiculous. It made me act out to guys and be evil to them when I was growing up."
The Trinidad and Tobago-born singer moved to New York when she was 5 and credits growing up in the city and living in fear of her father for making her so independent. "It made me tough," she admitted. "Of course it did. I am an emotional person, but I am a tough person. It was very tough emotionally for me to have a parent who was an alcoholic and a drug addict. I had a mum with no money."
Minaj said her family "didn't really have many options" and felt "helpless," something she described as "the worst feeling." The wig-wearing, flamboyantly dressed star summed up her father as being "violent -- physically and verbally" and credits her older brother for "(becoming) the man of the house and (standing) up to my father."
"(My mother) didn't cut ties when I felt like she should have done," the perfectly poised rapper said. "That's been my whole thing. I've been able to say, 'This isn't working any more. You need to get out of my life.' I keep it moving and it has worked.'"
Despite her tough childhood, Minaj doesn't take things too seriously. The young MC recently laughed it off when Regis Philbin took his admiration for the rapper's assets a little too far, tapping her on the butt during a live interview. Oh, Reege!

Padma Lakshmi Stunned by Custody Lawsuit
On Wednesday, we learned that Padma Lakshmi was being sued by her ex-boyfriend Adam Dell for sole custody of their infant daughter Krisha. Now comes news that the single mom and Top Chef host didn't know about the lawsuit until we did! Her rep tells Us Weekly that Dell has yet to send a copy of the court filing to his daughter's mother, and that Padma had to find out about it in the New York Post.
"Ms. Lakshmi's sole interest lies in preserving the privacy and welfare of her daughter and in working out a fair and amenable agreement out of the media's glare," says the rep.
Venture capitalist Dell, 41, told the press that he was filing the suit because Lakshmi had "refused to negotiate a reasonable co-parenting agreement." He claims that Lakshmi, 40, only allows him to see their 11-month-old daughter for seven hours a week, rather than the court-sanctioned nine days a month. But Lakshmi's lawyer says that Dell is being deliberately misleading.
"The facts in the court papers are inaccurate," says the TV personality's lawyer. "(Lakshmi) is saddened and gravely disappointed that Mr. Dell has chosen a very public means of filing his petition with the court rather than doing so in a confidential or sealed manner... Mrs. Lakshmi believes that the manner in which the papers were filed is antithetical to the welfare and long-term emotional well being of their daughter."
It does seem like going to the media before going to Lakshmi's lawyers was pretty inconsiderate of Dell -- though of course, we don't know the whole story. TMZ's sources have an interesting take, though: according to the website, Dell is still angry that Padma essentially chose to raise the baby without him (she refused child support), and is trying to use the court case to force a relationship with his ex. For the sake of their daughter's future Googling, we hope these two can work things out in private.

Dr. Conrad Murray Pleads Not Guilty, Proclaims "I Am An Innocent Man!"
As expected, Dr. Conrad Murray was ordered to stand trial on charges of involuntary manslaughter stemming from the June 2009 death of Michael Jackson.
Also as expected, Murray pleaded not guilty today telling the judge, "Your honor, I am an innocent man." He then added, "I therefore plead not guilty."
Judge Michael Pastor ruled earlier this month that there is ample evidence to force Murray to be tried. Today's brief arraignment is part of the process.
The trial date is set for March 28. Here's Murray in court today ...
Alec Baldwin to Replace Keith Olbermann?
Amid the shocking news that MSNBC fired Keith Olbermann late last week, the network is already looking to find a new marquee star for its growing brand.
Their ultimate wish list is topped by none other than Alec Baldwin.
"He's already part of the NBC family, has a huge fan base and is very respected for his long term passions for politics," a network source says of the actor.
FUNNIEST HOST EVER: Could Alec Baldwin be the new Keith Olbermann?
Alec, whose right-leaning media exec delivers epic 30 Rock quotes on a weekly basis, has expressed political aspirations before, especially lately.
"Yes, it's something that I'm very, very interested in," Alec told CNN's Parker Spitzer when asked if politics was a "game" he wanted to enter.
But could Baldwin really replace Olbermann after his tumultuous exit?
For now, it seems like he's happy where he is ... for the most part.
"To quit (acting) now when it really feels good would be an enormously difficult thing to do. However, I do believe that people want to believe that someone who deeply cares about the middle class ... would like to seek public office."
A friend of Alec's tells me that if he opts out of politics (and acting, of course), a career as a cable news opinion host would suit him perfectly.
In fact, he could enter the arena without actually running for office.
"He's brilliant on camera and honestly cares about news and fighting for the rights of everyday people," a source says. "Don't count him out."
"There was a time when everyone said Alec would never do a sitcom. Those same people say he'd never run for office or host a political show."

He?s always up for a good cause, and Justin Bieber will make a special appearance on ?Extreme Makeover: Home Edition? this Sunday.
The ?Baby? singer drops by to see the Brown family from Wellman, Texas, and talks about the dangers of text messaging while driving.
On the show, Bieber explains, "So I'm really glad you guys can come. Every night we have a banner that goes up and it says 'don't text and drive' so every night all these kids see it so it definitely means a lot to me as well. We're gonna give $1 from every ticket sold to your cause. I always do this sound-check party and I wanted to invite you guys to come and hang out."
"It's been a big part of my life to influence others not to text and drive. And every night when I perform, I have a video that comes up and it says 'don't text and drive' and it's me driving. It's just really important to me."

Pink's Sweet Message to Her "Perfect" Unborn Baby
Pink isn't a mama quite yet, but the pop star is already spending a lot of time thinking about the values she wants to pass onto her child. On her blog, Pink, 31, talks about how being pregnant shaped her new song and video, a ballad about self-acceptance called "F***in' Perfect." In the video, a young woman (played by Napoleon Dynamite's Tina Majorino) remembers being bullied throughout her child and teen years, and how she reacted by starving and cutting herself. The woman in the video manages to save her own life by channeling her feelings into art, and learning to accept herself rather than fitting in. At the end of the emotionally charged music video, we see the heroine tucking a little girl into bed.
"Making this video was a very emotional experience for me, as was writing this song," Pink writes. "I have a life inside of me, and I want her or him to know that I will accept him or her with open and loving and welcoming arms. And though I will prepare this little munchkin for a sometimes cruel world, I will also equip this kid to see all the beauty in it as well."
Pink adds that her fans have taught her how to accept herself and others with an open heart. "There are good people in this world that are open-minded, and loving," she writes. "There are those that accept us with all of our flaws. I do that with my fans/friends, and I will do that with my child, whoever they decide to be."
Pink, whose songs have always had a strong message about female empowerment, writes that she hopes this song encourages depressed young people to hang in there and get the help they need.
"Cutting, and suicide, two very different symptoms of the same problem, are gaining on us. (the problem being; alienation and depression. the symptoms; cutting and suicide). I personally don't know a single person who doesn't know at least two of these victims personally," she writes. "It's a problem, and it's something we should talk about… I support the kids out there that feel so desperate/numb/powerless, that feel unseen and unheard, and can't see another way.. I want them to know I'm aware. I have been there. I see them. Sometimes that's all it takes."
"F***in Perfect" has a message reminiscent of the Christina Aguilera song "Beautiful"; it contains lines like, "Change the voices in your head/ Make them like you instead." It's a powerful message, especially when the pressure on kids to be "prefect" is more intense than ever. Watch the video below (warning: language).
Pink's new song appears on her Greatest Hit… So FAr!! album. Her baby with husband Carey Hart is due in the early summer.

Lady Gaga Previews New Single Born This Way
If you've been itching for a new Lady Gaga song, then we have a treat for you. Gaga created a techno remix from a song on her upcoming album Born This Way for designer Mugler's fashion show on Wednesday. (Mugler's creative director is Nicola Formichetti, the creator of the infamous meat dress.) The official music video has been released on the internet -- watch it below!
No, Gaga doesn't appear in the video, but it's very Gaga-esque -- from the creepy but compelling guy tattooed as a skeleton, to the glimpses of the fashion world and stylized black-and-white look. And how about the song? It's pretty well-disguised in this remix -- there's some disagreement over whether it's the title track "Born This Way" -- and yet, it's still catchy and danceable. We have high hopes for her new official single, which drops February 13th -- not coincidentally, the night of the Grammys.

Roger Ebert: Before and After Plastic Sugery Pics
During his battle with thyroid cancer, Roger Ebert says he "studiously avoided looking in a mirror."
That's because the movie critic lost the bottom half of jaw his jaw to the disease.
But a two-year process has now resulted in a silicone prosthesis that Ebert debuted this week, one that he'll wear during upcoming TV appearances. Below, right, the veteran reporter shows off his new look:
"I will wear the prosthesis on the new television show – that's not to fool anyone, because my appearance is widely known," he says. "It will be a pleasant reminder of the person I was for 64 years."
Ebert Presents at the Movies debuts tonight on PBS. It will feature Christy Lemire and Ignatiy Vishnevetsky reviewing films and Roger discussing new films and classics.

Denise Richards: I'm Still "Learning How to Deal" with Charlie Sheen
It's certainly not an easy task raising children with the likes of Charlie Sheen. Denise Richards -- Sheen's ex-wife and mother of his two young daughters, Lola, 5, and Sam, 6 -- recently told Access Hollywood that she's doing her best to shield their children from their dad's wild ways.
"I think a lot of people are concerned about Charlie and my concern is obviously…what becomes difficult is things become so public," Richards said. "I try my best to keep that quiet from our daughters because, you know, this is something I've never dealt with in my life until this situation."
Since splitting from Sheen in 2005, Richards has had her fair share of Sheen drama to deal with. With the Two and a Half Men star's alleged alcohol and drug benders, Richards often has to do damage control with their girls.
"I'm learning how to deal with it," she explained. "Just keeping a lid on it for our kids has been my main priority. It does become difficult."
Last year, Sheen, Richards and their daughters all took a trip to New York, which unfortunately ended with police being called to the actor's hotel room. Sheen had gotten drunk with porn star Capri Anderson, was allegedly doing hard drugs and ended up trashing his hotel room. Though their relationship has improved greatly over the years, Richards admits she's still baffled by some of her ex's actions.
"The last two years, Charlie and I have been in such a much better place and it makes it so much easier for our daughters," she said. "When we went to New York, that was our intention -- to have a nice time with the girls. I thought it was great that we could all travel together and go out to dinner and do things even though we're not together anymore." "The events that took place after that, you know, it was...difficult."
