Spending the weekend doing what she loves most, Lea Michele was spotted combing the racks at Barneys New York on Saturday (February 4).
The Rachel Berry babe gave a wave to shutterbugs as she and her mother, Edith, exited the popular department store with a bagful of purchases.
Tweeting about spending time with her mom, Lea happily wrote, "So happy my moms in town from NYC! Spent the day with her today doing girly things.. So happy she's here:)"
The weekend retail romp come as fans Miss Michele's hit show "Glee" will be treated to a Ricky Martin-starring episode titled "The Spanish Teacher" airing on air Tuesday (February 7) at 8/7c on FOX.
A synopsis of "The Spanish Teacher" via the show's website reads: "Will assigns the glee club a Spanish singing assignment, and enlists the help of his musically-inclined night school teacher (guest star Ricky Martin). Meanwhile, Rachel spills the beans to Kurt and Mercedes on Finn?s marriage proposal, and Mercedes has love complications of her own."
